The Business Systems & Automation Review includes roughly two to three hours working through one part of your day-to-day work together, plus a written recommendation with suggested changes, likely effort and benefit, and a sensible first step.
We agree the scope and delivery date before starting.
Agree the work before building
Use the recommendation yourself, or ask me to price the changes. Building the solution is separate from the review. We agree what’s included, the handover and any ongoing support first.
We’ll check what your current software can already do.
Sometimes changing a setting is all you need. Sometimes a small tool or connection is worth building.
